What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product — from a single roll for bird protection nets to volume-based tiers for cables and connectors. Tell us your quantities in the RFQ form and we’ll confirm the best pricing tier.
How long is the lead time?
Stock items ship within days. Custom or large-volume orders typically take 2–4 weeks for production plus shipping time, depending on destination.
Do you offer custom specifications or OEM?
Yes. Custom widths, mesh sizes, cable lengths, private labeling and custom packaging are all available. Describe your requirements in the RFQ.
How do payments work?
We support T/T bank transfer. Standard terms are a deposit with order and balance before shipment; terms for larger projects can be discussed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 40+ countries by sea, air or rail, with consolidated shipments available for multi-product orders.
Can I get samples?
Samples are available for most products. Contact us through the RFQ form with the items you’d like to evaluate.
