To prepare and respond to your quotation requests and to operate this website securely.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Details in §2.

2. General notes and mandatory information

SSL / TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption so that data you transmit to us (e.g. quote requests) cannot be read by third parties in transit.

Your rights

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): obtain confirmation and a copy of the personal data we store about you.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): have inaccurate data corrected.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): have your data deleted where the legal conditions are met.
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
• Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where grounds relating to your particular situation apply.

3. Data collection on our website

Request a Quote form (WPForms)

When you submit the RFQ form, we collect: first name, last name, company name, email address, country, estimated quantity (required), plus product interest and message (optional).

• Purpose / legal basis: preparing your quotation — pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Storage: entries are not stored in our WordPress database. For quote preparation they are transmitted by email to j.zhang@apollo-group.online and processed by Apollo Group GmbH.
• Recipients: no third parties; no transfer outside the EU/EEA.

Contact by email

If you email us at j.zhang@apollo-group.online, we store your message and contact details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Server log files (Hostinger)

Our hosting provider automatically collects: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address. This is technically required to deliver the site securely and is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is not merged with other data sources.

Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (WordPress core, LiteSpeed Cache, LightStart maintenance plugin) required for the site to function. We use no analytics tools, no marketing cookies, and no third-party embeds — therefore no cookie-consent banner is required.

Web fonts

All pages of this website render text with fonts installed on your device. No web fonts are loaded from external servers, so no data is transmitted to font providers.

4. Plugins and tools

• WPForms (quote form) — data stays on our server; see §3.
• LiteSpeed Cache (performance) — no personal data processing beyond technically necessary caching.
• LightStart (maintenance mode) — active until public launch; no data collection.

No data is transferred to third countries or international organisations.
